Bk3e (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online Sports Betting service operating under an international licence. These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between bk3e and its users.

By using bk3e's services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are at least 18 years of age and a legal adult.
• You are using this platform voluntarily and at your own risk.

• Same Method Policy: Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Processing Time: Typically 5–30 minutes. In certain cases, it may take up to 24 hours.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on bk3e. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — so please review every bet carefully before submitting.

• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Cash Out: Cash-out amounts in live betting are determined by current market conditions.
• Maximum Win: Each bet has a maximum win limit, which varies depending on the bet type and event.
• Erroneous Odds: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bk3e reserves the right to void the affected bet.

• Wagering Requirement: Any bonus received must be wagered a set number of times before withdrawal. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 30x.
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Single Bonus Policy: Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited to maintain the fairness and security of the bk3e platform. Violations will result in immediate account termination without prior notice.

• Opening an account using another person's identity.
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information.
• Organised group activity aimed at exploiting the bonus system.
• Use of stolen or fraudulent payment methods.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or website.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other users.

Bk3e reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close accounts under certain circumstances. Users may also request account closure at any time.

• Rule Violations: Accounts found to be in violation of the terms and conditions will be suspended.
• Fraud Suspicion: Accounts may be temporarily suspended if suspicious activity is detected.
• Inactive Accounts: An account will be considered inactive if there has been no activity for more than 12 months.
• Self-Exclusion: You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team.
• Responsible Gaming: Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon submission.

If an account is closed and no rule violation is found, any remaining valid balance will be refunded. If the closure is due to a confirmed rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.

Bk3e strives to provide the highest quality service; however, our liability is limited in the following circumstances:

• If a bet fails due to an internet connection issue.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment systems.
• Issues with the user's own device or software.
• Unexpected technical errors or system downtime.
• If a user's password or login credentials are compromised.

Bk3e shall not be held liable under any circumstances for financial losses arising from betting. Betting carries full risk, and the possibility of financial loss is always present. Only bet with money you can afford to lose without affecting your standard of living.

Bk3e reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified via a notice on the website and to your registered email address.

• The effective date of any changes will be clearly displayed at the top of the page.
• Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account.
• In urgent situations, changes may take effect immediately without prior notice.
